All watches and products sold by Dawson Watches are guaranteed to be authentic.

We source our products exclusively from reputable industry wholesalers, distributors and authorised dealers. Every item is carefully selected to ensure it meets our standards for quality and authenticity.

New and Unworn Products

Unless clearly stated otherwise, all products sold by Dawson Watches:

• Are new and unworn

• Are genuine and contain original parts

• Include the original manufacturer’s serial number intact

• Are not refurbished products

• Are not factory seconds

• Are not replicas or counterfeit products

Dawson Watches Warranty

Every eligible product includes a one-year Dawson Watches warranty.

Because Dawson Watches may sell products below the manufacturer’s suggested retail price, we may not be authorised by certain brands to provide their manufacturer warranty. When a manufacturer warranty is not supplied, Dawson Watches provides its own warranty in its place.

Our warranty is intended to provide comparable protection against eligible manufacturing defects during the one-year warranty period.
